When I first met this guy he seemed very strange and my gut feeling about his was not good but I saw one of his pools previously and I thought it was nice but the pool he built for me was a catastrophe. I should have trusted my gut. Always trust your gut and also read reviews! he uses sub-contractors and that should have rang alarm bells. Levels were all wrong, heights all wrong etc etc. There was no accountability from him, the QBCC got involved and the entire process was a disaster. Highly recommend Mainstream Pools, David went above and beyond to help us finish our pool. All trades were great to deal with and are professionals in their field. Communication was exceptional and the team were able to answer any of my questions along the way. Very grateful to have mainstream pools do our pool for us!
Had Mainstream build our pool late 2023. Pool looks great and most concerned did a good job; but the tiler for the company did an awful job. Poor communication and wouldn’t listen when I pointed out the issue before he laid the first tile. The slab he laid on the pool surround is 50mm out from one corner to the other and the subsequent tiling is not level in places and much higher in one corner which looks very ordinary and always draws your eye.
