Very unprofessional. I called them and got preapproved...which took 2 weeks!! First bad sign....then when we are ready to buy a house i have called for the past week. They have NO answering machine. I spoke with her receptionist TWICE and i am betting that again she did not give her boss the message. She is rarely in the office when i call. NOT a good way to do business. I just called again this morning at 9:00 and again NO answering machine....i am taking my business elsewhere today.
Simply put: They do a great job! Rates were competitive and service was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
