Wife loved it..very friendly staff
The service is infuriating!! The first time I tried to shop here I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes while both of the employees helped one customer. Gave them a second chance ,over a year later , again no greeting. Two employees had full attention to one customer. Will not give a third chance.
Jewelry is not able to be returned even with receipt and tags still attached.
Note that returns are not allowed and only exchanges for store credit. Very disappointing after I returned something within 24 hours of purchase and specifically asked the sales rep Kay H. if items can be returned/refunded when I purchased it as I wasn’t sure it was going to work out. Rather than honoring what the sales rep communicated they pointed to store policy which was different.
