I was given a dress as a gift from Mainstream and I needed to return it. When I walked into the store and told them I had a return all three workers behind the desk (that were not doing anything) instantly rolled their eyes and acted annoyed with me. Once someone finally started to help me with the return I was told that the gift was purchased more than 30 days ago so I could not return it, not even for a store credit, which I would have been happy with.
