Unprofessional Company - they don't deserve a star – I did a search online for appliance repair shops and two companies populated from my search. Not even five minutes later I received a call from Mainstream. I thought to myself this company is extremely efficient so I made the appointment. The technician was late and I informed them to charge my card for one half of the fee and my card was charged for the entire fee. I let that go (my appliance was repaired).
