Please do stay away from this hotel. We booked a hotel for a week but they have not provided rooms to us when we arrive.
Says they’re pet friendly, they’re not. Charged and refused to give a refund. Night staff very rude.
I booked this based on reviews and after the fact realized my mistake. Most of those glowing reviews were from 7-8 years ago. What my family experienced was NOT 5 stars. It wasn't even capable of being a 2. The lobby was clean. If you're flying in, it was close to the airport. Those are the good things. We booked a 2 queen bed suite for 2 nights. it was ready upon arrival, but shouldn't have been. Upon entering the room, it smelled horrible. It had a overpowering food smell (garlic? onion? curry?
