The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Gave this place 1 star because of the TERRIBLE customer service. i do not recommend staying here ever. If you ever need to speak to a “manager”, good luck. you wont ever get the chance. I stayed once in early june of 2026 because it was near the airport and i was taking a flight (keep in mind i took the train and had no vehicle of my own) my stay was fine i was in and out within 6-7hrs. On my way back from North Carolina my flight was meant to leave at 10pm but got pushed back an hour at a time for FOUR hours. awful. i had s... read more
Our three-night stay at the MainStay Suites St. Louis Airport was very enjoyable. Both rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the couches in both rooms could have been cleaner, as they were noticeably stained. The kitchenette was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient.
