I booked a king suite 7 months ago. When I checked in today, they told me that my room was getting maintenance done so they "upgraded" me to a double queen suite. This is not an upgrade for me. I sleep on a king size bed at home so "upgrading" me to a queen size bed is NOT an upgrade. When I asked for a discount they said that only a manager can give a discount. I will be calling everyday until I get to speak to a manager. 100% DO NOT recommend!

we stayed in this hotel for one night. We had a total of eight people so we booked two different rooms. Room 306 and room 310. We woke up with bedbug bites on six of us, people in each room had bites. The hotel will not do anything about it. Be careful staying here, you will get eaten up by bedbugs and get no compensation back for it.
