The only issue we had is that the tub is extremely slick. They need non slip mat or strips in tub.

I've been here twice now, both times the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. I'll continue to stay here when I visit Spokane.

We recently stayed a couple nights here while visiting friends in Cheney and The Valley, and this was the perfect location. Rooms very clean and comfortable, not to mention huge especially for the price. Pool and hot tub are nice. The best part tho was the service, from the desk to bartender. They even were able to find an item of mine I forgot and mailed it… very impressed.

Fantastic staff, so helpful, they really are the best part about this place. Close to airport but very dangerous/near impossible to access by foot or bike from airport. Luckily their shuttle and after hours rides are really great to compensate. Rooms are fresh, clean and spacious. Good rates. Quick access to freeway if traveling by car.

Absolutely phenomenal staffing! We had a family tragedy and needed a place to stay last minute when we flew into Spokane at midnight. The lady that answered the phone was beyond friendly and helped us out right away. We rolled in around 1am and the gentleman at the front desk was ready and extremely quick at getting us checked in and to our room. Room was super clean and beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was still fully stocked when we finally rolled out of bed at 830am - 9am and fresh with so much to choose from. The ... read more
