Hospitality none : During breakfast Hotel manager yelling loudly at me for smoking in parking lot. Over 40 feet away from doors He decided to use profanity and tried humiliating me for smoking ... following me down the hallway. Still yelling at me. Very disappointed in hospitality.. i travel 8m of the year for work Disappointed in choice Hotels for not responding to multiple calls and complaints
It was quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. This was exactly what I was looking for.
Over the top Manager at location started yelling at me in hotel for smoking ( way over 25ft from any door) literally yelling at me at 7am ... 10min of this .. profanity..in front of hotel guests small children.. Following me down to my room with yelling non stop Ive called there Corporate office with no results Very disappointed Felt uncomfortable
The room and bathroom were very clean, with no musty smell, and everything looked new and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent and delicious, with pancakes, bacon, and sausages—everything was great! I was very impressed with my stay. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay at this hotel brand again.
