Fantastic staff, so helpful, they really are the best part about this place. Close to airport but very dangerous/near impossible to access by foot or bike from airport. Luckily their shuttle and after hours rides are really great to compensate. Rooms are fresh, clean and spacious. Good rates. Quick access to freeway if traveling by car.
Absolutely phenomenal staffing! We had a family tragedy and needed a place to stay last minute when we flew into Spokane at midnight. The lady that answered the phone was beyond friendly and helped us out right away. We rolled in around 1am and the gentleman at the front desk was ready and extremely quick at getting us checked in and to our room. Room was super clean and beds were really comfortable. This is one of the best places I've stayed! The staff is very friendly and helpful and add to the great experience. The room was lovely and well appointed. We had a kitchen that had pots, pans, any dish you could need and utensils. Everything was very clean...in fact the dishes looked new they were so clean and spot free.
