The staff were extremely rude we were in the pool and my nephew slid didn't even get hurt and they came in and kicked us out of the pool the next day we went to go back in and were refused when they let my sister inlaw and my nephew go back in the pool but the rest of the group were kicked out for the remaining of the weekend how are u supposed to have a bday party when the staff are absolutely unfriendly and the check in was not right I wouldn't recommend this place if u are trying to have fun or have kids its bs and the st... read more
Front desk staff had attitude once we checked in then gave us dirty looks when we went to breakfast they kick us out the pool and then kick us out a day before we had to leave they gave us 30 mins to leave
5 star experience! Rooms are quite large, and very CLEAN! We needed use of their shuttle service to and from the airport -- service is spot on. Desk staff was very friendly, with warm homemade cookies waiting for you. Highly recommend, I would only stay here if I find myself in Spokane again. The only "con" is the tv is not a smart tv. But, we survived.
This place is amazing, great price, free bowl of soup at 5pm, free fresh cookies at 7 pm, huge free breakfast spread, indoor pool, spa that kick kids out at 10 pm and leave open til midnight for adults and pool toys by request. Oh and a bar inside hotel. Our room was a double queen bed room and had kitchen even a dishwasher. Needless to say we will be booking here again real soon
The building is shiny and new but has **significant** sound transfer: I can’t believe nobody said anything about it in reviews or I would have gone elsewhere. I got less than 4 hours of sleep because I could hear neighboring light switches, doors all through the night, TV noise through the wall, footsteps, muffled conversations, etc. If you want a restful night spend your money elsewhere.
