Absolutely phenomenal staffing! We had a family tragedy and needed a place to stay last minute when we flew into Spokane at midnight. The lady that answered the phone was beyond friendly and helped us out right away. We rolled in around 1am and the gentleman at the front desk was ready and extremely quick at getting us checked in and to our room. Room was super clean and beds were really comfortable. This is one of the best places I've stayed! The staff is very friendly and helpful and add to the great experience. The room was lovely and well appointed. We had a kitchen that had pots, pans, any dish you could need and utensils. Everything was very clean...in fact the dishes looked new they were so clean and spot free. Great Hotel With Amazing Service With A Great Location Outside Of All The Riff-Raff of Spokane, Breakfast Was Amazing, Beds Were Great, Hotel Was Clean & Secure Parking Lot Also.
The hotel was SO clean! We came in to town last min and was very tired from a long day of travel. The room was kind of expensive but while asking some questions they realized we had a long day of travel to a memorial service. Without skipping a beat they gave us a discount and expedited our check in. I haven’t seen a hotel this clean in a long time and the service was amazing. Everyone was so nice.
