This 5 star review is for the front desk staff: Alicia, Licia, Alex and Crystal, etc and for the housekeeping crew and Pete the maintenance guy...everyone BUT the new GM Chris Newell... All staff (minus the aforementioned Newell) was nothing but kind, friendly and supportive of us our entire 9 month stay. Always smiling, always willing to help, always over excited to see our pup (pretty sure he's eaten his weight in treats from the front desk staff alone). Alicia deserves to be running that place if you ask me.
Wow. My god. What a difference two months make. This motel manager, Chris Newell, is a real piece of work. I have so much to share about this, but lack the room on a Google Maps review. As soon as I can, I’ll include a link to an unabridged account of the unscrupulous and unethical practices of Gulf Coast Hotel Management’s incompetent general manager at MainStays, including entrapping a vulnerable tenant into near-servitude, failing to address emergency plumbing problems and leaving the entire building without *any* running... read more
It was late when we got in and crystal has the lady who checked us in she was friendly and very helpful we had issues with r key not working and r remote for the TV she was very helpfully with r issues and got them taken care of she definitely made r stay pleasant always smiling and very helpful u l
We have been here for going on 3 months and the front desk ladies are the greatest ever! Crystal and Alicia are amazing! They go above and beyond to help us when they can! I never see Crystal sitting down she is always cleaning something and making it a nice place to stay, and Alicia always has a smile on her face and is willing to help when needed! They make it a great place to stay!!
