Cockroaches in multiple rooms we tried to switch to, even found traps in the bedrooms under the beds. In the cabinets, bathroom, under the sink, even in the dishwasher.
TLDR: Security issue with room and management was not willing to give documentation. To be clear, I am not blaming the clerk in this review. She seemed to be doing the best she could with an incompetent team. I booked a room for my family of 4(including 2 young children) based on a fair price and decent rating. Everyone has critics and I was willing to give this place a shot, as I have stayed in a Mainstays before and it was nice. As I continue embarking on one of the most difficult Spartan races, Spartan Vermont Ultra 2026, the staff here has shown me kindness, patience, and love. I brought needs to their attention about a few quick fixes in this suite, and they went above and beyond. I would personally like to thank Gale, Mohammad, Alicia, and Misha for their willingness to serve me, and make my experience incredible.
I was very pleasantly surprised at the spacious room, after my last minute "low budget" reservation. I have paid a lot more for a lot less. It was clean, secure, and in an ideal location and even accommodated our little traveling compamnion.
