Really disgusting :( and the manager Gale was very unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble and book a different hotel. Misha at the front desk was very sweet, but the manager Gale was not fun to deal with. I had many issues with this hotel: 1. The first room I was given at check in already had some people staying in there when i opened the door with the key card. If you’re here for outdoors, it’s a good place to crash. It could be improved a lot though. Furniture, and just some cleanliness could make it a better experience.
Terrible experience. After driving 18 hours for a soccer tournament, the last thing we expected was rude customer service. The front desk employee, Gale, was disrespectful from the moment we walked in. She was rude to another customer on the phone claiming she was “too busy,” even though the lobby was almost empty. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. From the start we had a great experience here! Misha is amazing and went above and beyond to help us. Great customer service is hard to come by these days but she is wonderful! Her manager is awesome too! The room is very clean and comfortable. They keep the entire place very clean. A lot bigger than I expected as well. The location is fantastic and very walkable. Would definitely stay here again!
