To be honest, just take your money somewhere else. This peculiar hotel canceled my multiple, prepaid bookings, and the front desk informed me around 8 pm, while I was checking in, that I was banned. I called them, and their excuse was that housekeeping had to clean my old room, which is their job. It’s the job of housekeepers to clean a room and to ban someone because housekeepers had to clean. Hotel was hard to find, although the location was convenient. Front desk help was extremely nice and helpful. Hotel itself is very run down and dirty feeling. Hallways and rooms had an odor. Our first room had a broken AC and a sink issue in the bathroom; we were quickly moved to a new room. Won’t book again.
I booked this hotel pretty last minute for a concert but still paid quite a fee for 2 nights. The room smelled like cigarettes and I could count on two hands how many bugs I saw in our room. The bathroom would flood when we took showers and the sink plug was broken. my husband and i booked one night here for after a concert, however as soon as we walked into our room there was a horrible / unbearable smell all over. it was so bad we were gagging and literally holding our breath. we tried spraying perfumes and colognes, but nothing helped at all. the bed sheets had stains on them, there were dead bugs and live cockroaches (in the hallways and lobby), the elevator did not work (we don’t care to use the stairs but it just shows there is NO upkeep), there was no soap in the whole room, the ... read more
