En mi humilde opinión la apariencia de el hotel ahora es mucho mejor que la anterio por qué cuando estaba la supervisión y el personal anterior no abastecían los estándares de limpieza como debe de ser .. no cambiaban las sábanas conforme se requiere y marca el reglamento del hotel y conforme a las fotos publicadas en los comentarios son fotos de la supervisión anterior conforme no llevaban los estándares de limpieza que marcaba el reglamento del hotel pésima supervisión anterior los que estaban en ese cargo les faltaba much... read more
Front desk Danna is very rude to the people she decides she wants to . She is never in front desk .Keeping guest waiting in lobby until other staff members would call her . Management Darshan Patel is never there when needed. Check out time is at 11:00 am and guest are being kicked out at 10:30a.m Good employees are treated horrible . Ex Supervisor and ex employees would do the best they could to keep hotel in best standard but no help from management when needed . Dana is absolutely awesome. She is a top-tier professional, and her customer service goes above and beyond.
The hotel is nice but the front desk people are rude and I was there 3weeks and they would renew my reservation so I had to move hotels after working 12 hour night shift
