Right by i20 its at a convenient location with all the roadside staples nearby. Overall hotels in the area are not great in the sub $150 bracket, so all I was looking for was no bed bugs, safe parking, breakfast and WIFI. Hotel is run down, dirty carpets, dirt and dust bunnies in hallways and harder to reach areas in the room, filthy pool, stained duvets and bedding (at least sheets are clean) and wifi that does not work. I traveled for business and my coworker picked the hotel. I wish I did. Arrived to a dirty room, carpet filthy ( looked like it was never vacuumed in its lifetime), desk chair stained, so I requested a new room. 2nd room food stains on the wall (disgusting), stained carpet, dirty sofa, so I got the courage to ask for another. The front t desk served frustrated but gave me another...I wish I stayed in the 1st dirty room. I would give them less than 1 star if I could. The evening staff. Particularly one younger "man" was training someone the 1st time. He was yelling. Screaming and throwing things at this person in front of us. Then everytime we walk in he throws his phone and throws a complete tantrum when we walk in thinking he's going to have to help us. Very disappointing and makes for a very uncomfortable stay. I dont care how good the rooms are. This will run everyone off. We won't be back.
