My room stank like urine, tried to get a room change and couldn't. It doesn't really seem like anyone did any of the usual cleaning except maybe the bed. Going to try to get a refund.
Shalin canceled our discounted reservation because she wants more money out of the hotel room. She waited till the day of to cancel our reservation. WE WOULD HAVE PAID THE EXTRA COST! She was rude and would not let my husband speak. She was not even willing to work with us. She was giggling and was getting a high off of trying to ruin someone else’s day. We never had an issue like this before. But it is okay because we found a better hotel and it is closer to our event. Hope she has the day she deserves.
Tv didn’t work heat/air didn’t work and it took over 6 hrs for them to address the issue and was just left without a tv. Room smelled of mildew I would not recommend and will not be back
I do not recommend this place rooms are really dirty. Stains on furniture walls bedding. Curtains. Food and trash behind night stand.
