I am greatly enjoying my stay! The room is big, nice, and clean! Customer service has been top notch! JOHN has been very helpful multiple times! He quickly helped us check in when we arrived. At one point I had to buy snacks in the lobby and he answered all my questions, informed me of late night options to eat out, informed me about door dash, and made sure any concerns were addressed. I appreciated him taking the time to help me! If I ever have to stay in Lufkin again I will stay here!
Roaches
All I can say is Awesome! Great location, away from the hustle and bustle, quiet, extremely clean and nice.... I love it! Will never stay anywhere else when I'm in Lufkin!
Jocelyn at front desk was very professional and helpful with any questions.
Sleep with the light on and earplugs, so the big fat German roaches don’t get in your ears. Not a water-bug roach, 🪳 AKA: Palmetto bug-roach. A fat German roach, that tells me they haven’t sprayed in a long time. Those only come when there’s filth.
