Rachel Dilbeck was VERY RUDE to me. There were cockroaches in my room. The toilet WASN'T flushed. I'm NEVER going to stay at this hotel ever again.
They were really really nice there
For the past few months I've been staying here weekly for business. Jesse and John are the Super stars who ALWAYS make me feel welcomed with love. Rachel also give me cherries as well. We laugh, talk and just have a good ol time every time we see each other. I've had more encounters with Jesse that are just simply pleasurable. I am greatly enjoying my stay! The room is big, nice, and clean! Customer service has been top notch! JOHN has been very helpful multiple times! He quickly helped us check in when we arrived. At one point I had to buy snacks in the lobby and he answered all my questions, informed me of late night options to eat out, informed me about door dash, and made sure any concerns were addressed. I appreciated him taking the time to help me! If I ever have to stay in Lufkin again I will stay here!
