We’ve stayed at this hotel for one night over the thanksgiving break. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel ended on an extremely disappointing and upsetting note due to a false accusation of theft, which completely overshadowed any positives of the visit. After checking out, we were contacted by the hotel manager who accused of stealing 3 pillows from the 2 rooms that we booked for our family of 6. 11-27-25 checked in for a couple day stay in hocking hills. This was the cleanest, friendliest hotel environment i have ever stayed at. This was my birthday weekend and it was wonderful. Chef Moes on Main provided Thanksgiving dinner and it was wonderful. Logan was a very nice city to visit, but the comfort of our room made it especially nice. Thank you.

We had a horrible experience! We are from out of state and noted we would do a late check in. we arrived at 9:45pm and the front desk woman pretended she had a "problem with her computer" and had to call the manager Michelle. Apparently they sold out and didn't have a room for us despite us having a reservation. We booked through booking.com which we need to pursue a refund. The room was pictured as something completely different. There was a leaking pipe in the ceiling in the hallway just running from it with a caution wet sign next to it. I pulled back the sheets and the mattress cover had hair on it. The chairs were terrible looking with weird spots on them. Deep scratches in the walls. Loud banging noise all day and night. Lady at the front desk in the morning was nice.

Nice Looking Rooms, but Overwhelming Smell At first glance, the rooms here actually look nice and well-kept, which gave me hope for a good stay. Unfortunately, the appearance is where the positives end. The smell of mold and urine is strong and persistent throughout the property, and with no real ventilation, it lingers and makes the room uncomfortable to be in. I am at this inn right now and the noise over head has been horrible since about 4am. Absolutely unacceptable. Please stay anywhere except here. I complained to the desk clerk and she said it was maintenance. It sounds like a gymnastics class overhead. So sad. A bad ending to a good weekend.

Oh my gosh! I have been awake for hours. The noise over head is horrible. I complained to the desk clerk and she said it was maintenance men. The noise awoke me about 4am. I definitely would not ever stay here again!

Hallways needed to be vacuumed, our room smelled bad, toilet was loose & was very loud when flushed. Will not stay here again.

This hotel is filthy. Our room 102 had not been cleaned prior to Our arrival. The sheets were dirty from the last guest. Dirty floors. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned in months. Lots of thick dust and visible grime on literally every surface. And the smell is overwhelmingly strong Fragrance.  Definitely not worth $160. I had to wipe it down with Clorox wipes just to get us through the night…we left immediately in the morning. I wouldn’t trust the breakfast after seeing how filthy the rooms are.
