Spencer was absolutely amazing. We booked a trip at an airbnb and had to leave due to issues at the cabin. He gave us a room and upgraded us for 2 nights to a room with a jacuzzi at no extra cost. He saved our trip and I'm so grateful for that. We will definitely be staying again.
I was very impressed with the service and hospitality we were shown. Hannah and Spencer were great at the front desk. Nice fire pits out back with plenty of seating. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Also had a pool that my daughter was able to enjoy. Great food nearby, plenty of things to do, and the BEST hotel service I believe I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and book a room with them.
We stayed at the Mainstay Suites on Monday July 29, 2024. Spencer helped us get setup after a very long day of travel. He was very professional and helpful. The whole staff was great, the rooms where also nice and clean, overall a great experience. Would definitely recomend and stay again.
Everything as advertised. Staff was friendly & breakfast was good.
I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our HOG Chapter’s stay special. Everything is clean and well maintained. The outdoor area Is very inviting and a great place to relax. Would love to stay again.
