I’ve been staying here for about 2 months now and everything seemed really great my only issue was the young lady who worked 3rd shift she was very rude but I didn’t have to deal with her very often, this morning I received a very hard knock on my door, and the lady working the front desk tells me I have to check out, so I get up and go find the manager, (Bailey Alley) who was actually already walking towards me, he asked me how I was doing, then he asks me IF anything has happened with me over the weekend, of course I say n... read more
Greet Stay
Woah, one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Now, the service was fantastic, friendly, fast, everything you want, but when I got in the room it was really kind of gross. The drain on the shower didn’t drain, so I stood in ankle deep standing water during my shower. Nothing had been updated in 20 years, so no plugs for usb devices, and the shower head was like broken two ways from Sunday. The bed was super soft - so you decide if that is what you want.

Fyi- no hot water till "Monday" Checked in, and was told there is no hot water until 'tomorrow'. That's ok, one night is fine. 'Tomorrow' came and went. Now the estimate is 5 nights without hot water. I'm going to try and get some of my cost back for the stay. The good: - Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I dont blame the front desk for a maintenance issue. - Bed is really comfy, and so are the pillows.
