I reserved a room in April for a July visit. When we got there they didn't have that room and gave us a smaller bed. They also lied to us about why. They said the housekeeping staff didn't show up so the manager had to clean our room. If that was really the case why didn't she clean the room we reserved? Also, there was no apology and a not great attitude.

Let's start with when we arrived. There is no pull through at the front door to unload/load baggage and all parking near the entrance was reserved for their elite members leaving us to park in the back lot and walk/carry our things around the building. One of my friends I traveled with had a broken A/C unit in their room. It reached 85-90 the entire time we were there. Rooms were clean , the room we were in the layout was weird the bed to get bathroom had you had to go sideways between bed and wall. Bathroom needs a little work done in it. TV was small. Rest of room was ok.
