We stayed at this hotel for three days and were thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, spotless, and included a convenient kitchenette fully equipped with pots, utensils, a microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. The internet connection was excellent, reliable, and fast. Parking was always available, which made things very easy, and the free trolley to the city center was a fantastic bonus. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. 1 is being generous. After paying 400$ for this hotel for a few nights, we show up a little early to check in but were told our room wasn’t ready. After waiting an hour after our check in time, it was ready. This was after we sat in the lobby and they forgot about us. There was no customer service. Everyone was rude and non communicative. Super friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms
Very clean rooms, Away from the gatlinburg crowd. Very easy to take the free trolley into town and back to the hotel. We would stay here again
