This hotel is a plethora of how a hotel should not be run. The pool is closed, the breakfast this morning not happening due to an issue where it is served. In the men's bathroom, right beside the counter, the stall is closed, I heard staff talking about an ice machine not working, the coffee could not be served yesterday, or today. The man receptionist was very sweet, and funny. And very professional 10/10 service he reminded me of a teacher named roundtree from where I attended school at.
The Positives:Our room was ultimately just okay. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having a full-size refrigerator in the kitchen. We did not feel unsafe during our stay, but the overall experience was severely dragged down by the state of the property and the attitude of the staff. The Room and Amenities:The accommodations are dated, scuffed up, and only moderately clean.
