Very nice and friendly
The rooms were kinda dirty when we checked in, like sticky floors that obviously hadn't been cleaned
Mold, water damage, broken window, coffee maker missing parts, shower leaks, Staff unprofessional.
A room with a kitchenette that had no eating or cooking utensils. When I asked for forks I was told that I wasn't staying at the Hilton. Staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional . Have requested a refund but of course have heard nothing from them except they're sorry. If they really were, they would do something to make this right. Awful experience.
