MainStay.....5 STARS hands down. ..I'm a trucker..they put me in Hotels all the time..I've seen Beautiful hotels with NO PEACE..this one BEUTIFUL PLUS PEACEFUL
Only giving a one star because of the bed - It was comfortable and the food at breakfast was decent. Other than I will never stay here again. At breakfast there was an African American woman working the shift being extremely rude to guests who were just asking her simple questions. Was even more rude to her elderly co worker “Mr.Ed” who was just trying to take out her trash. Next our room was filled with literal mold in the fridge, in the bathroom ceiling and the vanity area. I'm sure this hotel is fine for some, but considering it a 3-star is quite generous. 1. we booked two rooms together. did we get two rooms together? no. did others in our party get two rooms together, despite not being on the same reservation? yes. 2. the rooms are filthy. not our room - both rooms. I wouldn't let my bare feet touch the floor. there's crap all over the floors, in both rooms. I'm on the fence about showering (and yes, I'll be wearing sandals in the shower), but even if I don't, I'll still be the cleanest thin... read more
The rooms are outdated. They need to be cleaned up. The walls and frames need painted. The drapes needed to be fixed they were ripped. Take some pride in the rooms.
