Had a reservation through hotels.com. When I arrived the young girl at the front desk claimed my reservation didn't exist in the system and their hotel was fully booked. She called someone else I'm assuming some supervisor or manager who supposedly also couldn't find it. Her statement that I must have gone through a fraudulent site is ridiculous. When I got there I was put in a room with a bunch of roaches. So I left the room after looking around for a min or 2. They put me in another room so that was nice of them but I was staying for 6 nights and I did end up finding 2 roaches in that room, when the lady told me the first room just had issues with them but it’s more like the whole place has them. I had a nice stay with some friends. Front desk agent Yairyliz made sure that we had a great stay she also made sure to explain breakfast times and answer any questions we had.
I stayed here for 5 nights for my husband’s basic graduation back in October of 2025 and it was a very nice comfy hotel. Staff were nice and the room overall was great. Such a great hotel. Would definitely come back here again!
Kiara from the laundry team was extremely helpful during my stay. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall, my hotel stay was very good and comfortable. Thank you for the great service
