HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, DANGEROUS CONDITIONS. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT WITH ZERO ACCOMMODATIONS. 2 days into our 2 week stay, the A/C started to blow less cold air. So we moved the mattress into the living room in order to feel the A/C and ended up finding a BROKEN CRACK PIPE, with drug particles on the mattress with blood. Every single surface was sticky, dishes were dirty, dust everywhere, bed headboard was scratched, fluid stains on the walls, stains everywhere (curtains, walls, shower curtains), carpet smelled like pee, bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, room generally smelled like mold, the floor by the kitchen was caved in (like there was a hole in the floor), ac was super loud and did not do a good job and sometimes just failed to turn on, crumbs on the floor, shower head was rusted, no dish soap. The floors feel like they are gonna cave in. I had to switch rooms because it was so bad. The older front desk guy was awesome and understood my issues and got me switched quick. This hotel could be great if corporate invested in remodeling it. Would stay here in a pinch but that’s about it.
