Hygiene/cleanliness - 0 No towels at all in the room No body wash, no conditioner, no lotion Don’t expect water for courtesy , tooth paste if you forgot to bring. In the room I stayed in, the bedside lights are not working. The showerhead is completely bent and stuck in a rigid position, causing the water to spray directly toward the walls.
I like it because there is front desk agent available overnight. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Even guests were nice. Close by restaurants, stores and shopping mall. I personally don't need nothing better. The only thing is if you plan to go to Chicago every day you better have rental car instead of using uber.

Absolutely amazing service from the entire staff Jasmine is absolutely wonderful. JJ is just a pleasant and such a helpful person with ones pressing concerns and gives solutions.
Octavia helped us check in, she was great and personable, and made the check in progress so easy. Stayed at many hotels and you don’t find service like that anymore
