I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell in my room throughout my entire stay. Housekeeping never came to change the bedsheets or towels, and the room was not cleaned even once despite the length of my stay. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for solo travelers or families.

Very quiet the rooms are almost soundproof. The place is extremely clean. I have never seen one bug when I've been there. I always return this to this Mainstay. The Mainstay in Schaumburg. THE BEST! Got a great rate on the room through trips.com.24 HR desk.
Very nice staff Jasmine especially is a very hard worker she deserves a raise !!!!! It’s her guest service that makes me want to return every rsvp. I appreciate everything and I love the renovations. Jj especially is awesome. Shout out to the house keepers tish, Sabrina and tabby very hard workers !!!! Give them all a raise corporate
