1 Star — Extremely Disappointed This property should not be part of the Choice Hotels brand. The room smelled, was dirty, and clearly falling apart. It’s unbelievable that Choice allows this level of neglect under their name. The owners—whether private or corporate—clearly don’t care about guest experience or basic maintenance. Do better, Choice Hotels.
My fiancé and I didn’t enjoy our stay do to poor services. First and foremost it needs an upgrade. Lack there of customer service, the location, the room was damaged. The smell was unpleasant in the room. It was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately we want our money back. DO BETTER!!
Very nice, accommodating staff!! Spacious rooms with kitchenette, clean, and quiet.
I would highly recommend staying at "MainStay Suites" in Hoffman Estates if you are looking for long or short term lodging. The facility is managed very well by Ashley, and all the staff members that I encountered (Jessica & Xavier) were always polite, professional and did everything possible to make you feel comfortable and that all your needs as a guest are met.
