I would highly recommend staying at "MainStay Suites" in Hoffman Estates if you are looking for long or short term lodging. The facility is managed very well by Ashley, and all the staff members that I encountered (Jessica & Xavier) were always polite, professional and did everything possible to make you feel comfortable and that all your needs as a guest are met. My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel. We booked for 6 nights. When we got there we already had an off feeling. We walked into our room and checked everything. The ceiling has mold growing on it, the toilet was clogged as well as the bathroom sink, and the AC unit did not work. We went down to the desk and the Employee of the Month (i don't remember his name) was super helpful and nice and said someone would come the next morning to have a look at everything. Worst establishment and management. I had a good experience with them at first and then I moved to Schaumburg and had a terrible time there with all the junkies and problems. went to move my stay to Hoffman and before I could get my reservation they said the manager at Schaumburg didn’t like us so we can’t stay. I am a mom with a young baby and my husband and I are In a tough spot. Instead of being a follower the manager here should Of been a leader and do the right thing.

Rooms are clean! Smoke free hotel! Price affordable and customer services is great especially Manager Ashley! She is a good listeaner and does whatever she can to help!

Cash at front desk is very nice, he’s really accommodating to your concerns when you talk to him. My issue with this hotel is after 11pm they are not able to give anything out, honestly think that’s a real weird thing. I know it’s not the staffs fault they are just following the rules so no fault on them. I do feel as though, rooms should be stocked upon guests needs. Sometimes you may realize you need something and it’s the middle of the night.
