Was told need pay a deposit tried charge full stay for hotel that I had pre-paid for already lucky my card was locked. So i gave cash for deposit i didnt trust them. After checking in told elevator does not work. Filthy place got to room put stuff left to get food turned off lights came back room is infested with roaches. Told them all they said was sorry said they will leave a note. Sleep with lights on all night try keep roaches away. Woke up to one of my kids with a bite on leg. DON'T STAY HERE! Please read the reviews for this hotel. I'm convinced the all positive reviews you see are fake. The elevator was broken, and there were no rooms available on the first floor. After reading the reviews, it seems that the elevator at this location is ALWAYS broken. The stairs and hall have filthy, heavily stained, and smelly carpet. Upon entering my room, the strong smell of old musty wet dog smell hits you in the face. There were gnats flying everywhere. The bathroom had black mold growing in it. Both stove ... read more
DO NOT STAY HERE! I live here in Dallas. I'm only staying here while some emergency repairs are being done to our home. First, the elevator is broken and OF COURSE there's no rooms available on the first floor. The staircase is hot, dirty and has that damp dank musty smell. The carpet is in HORRIBLE condition. The hallway feels unsafe to me. As soon as I opened the door to my room, I was hit with the smell of old carpet and wet dog. One of the burners on the 2 burner stove top is not working. The location is nice because it’s close to everything you need. That about where the list of positives ends. I guess it’s an example of “you get what you pay for” but when I prepaid $70 for one night I still feel ripped off. When we arrived we were assigned rooms on the 3rd floor and then informed that the lift was out and wouldn’t be back any time soon.
