A very disappointing stay. Check-in was slow due to people not fully/properly trained with the process. Our room was dirty (old cereal on the floor) and the hallway had not been vacuumed for awhile. There was a blade of grass in the sheets and a bedcover had dried blood spots on it. There were no tissues and no coffee cups in the room. There was no "Do not disturb" sign for placing on the door handle. The blower on the room heater/air conditioner would not shut off so we couldn't stop the cold, blowing air unless we unplugge... read more
