I had called up asking questions about the hotel and what type of rooms they offer, she immediately got frustrated with me 2 mins into it and hung up randomly mid conversation. I called back apologizing saying I wasn’t trying to annoy her but I did want to book a room. She says “there’s no available rooms” I said ma’am I didn’t even provide a date of check in yet.. she repeats there’s no rooms and hangs up on my face once again. we had to go to the front desk directly to book a room. as for the actual rooms, they do offer pr... read more
We asked to view a room before booking due to reviews. The 2 rooms we reviewed were dirty (bugs on floor and towels) even though it was supposed to be clean. The family suite that describes a in room washer and dryer and all the wonderful things people want was not an option at this property even though the website promised these things. Take my two cents and spend money elsewhere.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! THEIR EMPLOYEE LIED TO ME. I asked when breakfast was and was told 6-9am. BUT THE NEXT MORNING NO BREAKFAST, even though their site says they have a "full hot breakfast". No hot water in shower. Not one dresser or hanger to put clothes. No lip on shower bottom so water just pours on the floor. TV says it has apps, but when you click it there are none. Entire parking lot full of DEEP potholes. Located in bad area with no sign, even, to know where to pull in. UNBELIEVABLE.
