Front desk and management is very unprofessional. They were unable to admit they dropped the ball and instead they gave a hostile response. Instead of fixing the issue, they proceeded to refuse service for rooms already paid for. This is not how you treat customers. Upper management needs to step up and hire qualified professionals.

Worst customer service ever!!! I book rooms here two weeks out of every month and this evening/morning was the worst service ever. I have 3 rooms reserved for my work crews. They allowed two rooms to check in late last night after 9PM but Told me I couldn’t check in to the 3rd room I reserved until after 3pm because it was 5AM, even though I have paid and reserved the rooms from Tuesday to Friday. Had a terrible experience at this hotel due to the complete lack of professionalism and poor management. Instead of admitting their wrong doing and finding a resolution, our company was meet with yelling, excuses from the GM and no room to stay in despite our reservations and confirmation phone calls. Will not be staying here anymore as it is not worth the frustration and headache.

Just yesterday my truck was broken into and crashed. I spoke to the front desk and they told me that unfortunately they don't have cameras in the parking lot. But I investigated and it turns out that a similar incident happened a week ago and they said they had just installed cameras. I really wouldn't book here again. It's a terrible service and there's no accountability for anything, if you want to be robbed and your car vandalized book here it's the perfect place for that.

I got my truck broken into along with 4 other individuals. When the cops arrived they asked for the manager. Who lives in the hotel, told her to come out and speak about what had occurred. She insited to not come out and speak to the officers and that she will be in at 8am. When 8 am came my wife asked for the manager shortly after 10 and they said she was busy. Then at 3pm.
