Worst experience ever. Dog barking nonstop for hours across the hall and staff would not do anything about it. Will not be returning.
First time ever staying at this hotel! I've never had such an amazing experience elsewhere with hotel staff. Had an issue with the first Rome that I was originally assigned to so without hesitation.However , I received another room that exceeded my expectations. The 2bedroom suite king and queen were great! The hotel being pet friendly is a plus for me and I love all the amenities that they have! One thing that I didn't like is cure beach is about thirty eight minutes away.
