Jaydah was Great every question I had she answered in a very respectful way and manner I would definitely come again.
This was a wonderful stay. I stayed here with my family for 2 weeks while we waited for our home to be move in ready! Everyone was amazing besides Jaydah! Her attitude is wack, very rude & inconsiderate. If she isn’t a people’s person maybe she should find a new job or a job that doesn’t have her associating with much people. I guess this job for jaydah is answering calls from the desk, checking people in and that’s all she is to do. No needs were met. She asked me “what do you want me to do”? Forgot my baby's favorite blanket. Called the same day to retrieve & was told the storage room was "Locked". Came back the next morning. No trace of the blanket. Housekeeper definitely kept it & lied saying it wasn't there when it was. She thought I wasn't coming back. It's not about me forgetting the blanket in the bed. It's the principal. why take someone belongs because you thought I wasn't coming back.
