Absolutely unacceptable experience with this management company. We booked this condo through VRBO for an important family wedding weekend and were completely unable to access the unit because the actual apartment door code was NEVER provided in the original instructions. The email literally had a blank space where the “Lockbox / Door Code” should have been. We called, emailed, texted, and messaged through the app with little to no response while standing outside with our dogs, luggage, and formal wedding attire trying to fi... read more
Stayed in Arts District, Shockley Bottom and Downtown and I absolutely loved every place. Such a walkable area and the best food. I would stay again.
