Wellington Manor Assisted Living in Jackson Tennessee is where my mother lived the last 4 years of her life. I paid her rent and care fees ahead of time (the 15th of each month prior to it being due). The facility was paid in November 2024 for the month of December 2024. My mother passed on Thanksgiving. Her room was cleared out over the long weekend. The director has acknowledged I am due a refund. The director has stated that her superiors agree I am due a refund. They do not pay their vendor bill. We have been waiting 3 months to get paid. They are hurting local small businesses that have been providing services to their locations. So sad for many small businesses who have trusted them to be honest and responsible. Very unethical company.
6 days ago I called and had to leave a message…. Still waiting for a return call.
My mother is at one of the facilities owned by this company and I called the corporate number due to a concern and had to leave a message and it says it could take 3-4 days to return a call. NOT good customer service !!!!! STILL waiting
