Recommendedvery satisfied customer, 2nd home I've purchased from them. Ashley Daniels took care of everything promised in the loan. the owner of the company bent over backwards to help us get our dream home! truly blessed to deal with such honest people and trusted company!
Lots of hidden fees not disclosed in the mortgage documents. Still waiting on a refund check on a house closing/ sale. Ashley Daniels mortgage operations officer had failed us numerous times and has attempted to charge late fees countless times. Once legal got involved fees were reveresed and they had to change their monthly statements. Bottom line this company has NO ethics!
