Best gym I’ve ever been to highly recommend coming in and trying it out the coaches are some of the best you could ask for
Mainsail Crossfit is more than just a gym! It is a community and a place of escape for me. I have done Crossfit for a few years and every time I walk into the gym I feel welcome and at home. The coaches are amazing and extremely helpful. I attend classes when I can, but mostly do open gym. The coaches help me out with workouts and answer any questions I have so I get in an effective workout even on my own. Mainsail is like my second family!
If you’re looking for a place for a great workout and a great community, then look no further than Mainsail Crossfit! This place is more then just a gym, it’s a place to unwind and workout with some pretty awesome people! Go by and check it out for yourself!
Mainsail CrossFit has everything I was looking for. Trained - observant coaches, new facility, fun/welcoming community, great workouts. If the classes intimidate you, they have an open gym pass where you can simply go to just use the equipment. I highly recommend this gym. If you are thinking about joining - pull the trigger! You won't regret it.
