The nurses were fantastic — really caring and attentive. That said, I was mistakenly charged for two doses when I only wanted one — entirely the clinic’s mistake. They said they reversed it, but I don’t see any update on my insurance. After a frustrating back-and-forth with the clinic and Telus Pharmacy, I finally got confirmation. I’d recommend the clinic for the nurses and treatment, but definitely double-check charges so they don’t assume and bill for doses without your consent.

I had a great experience at this clinic for my iron infusion. The whole team was professional, kind, and truly caring. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. A special shoutout to Laura and Chelsea, they were absolutely amazing! So attentive, gentle, and reassuring. I really appreciated the warmth and professionalism they brought to the experience. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing infusion therapy.
The nurses administering the iron infusions do a great job but the front desk needs improvement. Email invoices can take multiple reminders. This is true even for the Surrey location.
