Had an incredible experience here for an Iron infusion (though I am learning that Mainline is now Telus Health.) The Nurses, Laura and Ellie were SO KIND, patient and caring. I was really anxious about my appointment but they took the time to answer all my questions beforehand and go really slow during the infusion so that I could be sure I wouldn't have a reaction and was comfortable. The nurses were fantastic — really caring and attentive. That said, I was mistakenly charged for two doses when I only wanted one — entirely the clinic’s mistake. They said they reversed it, but I don’t see any update on my insurance. After a frustrating back-and-forth with the clinic and Telus Pharmacy, I finally got confirmation. I’d recommend the clinic for the nurses and treatment, but definitely double-check charges so they don’t assume and bill for doses without your consent.

I had a great experience at this clinic for my iron infusion. The whole team was professional, kind, and truly caring. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. A special shoutout to Laura and Chelsea, they were absolutely amazing! So attentive, gentle, and reassuring. I really appreciated the warmth and professionalism they brought to the experience. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing infusion therapy.
