The Doctor was great and was the staff. As I picked out my glasses and Sun glasses the young lady measured and did everything to my liking. P.S. She also loved my dog

After getting an eye exam they neglected to give distance between pupils so you cannot get glasses somewhere else. They will only provide this service unless you purchase glasses from them. They don’t tell you this though. This seems duplicitous and the way a grifter would do business. Don’t trust these people.

I cannot express enough how great my experience with Dr. Mastrine and staff was! Dr. Mastrine saw me the NEXT day after I called and returned a phone call about needing an appointment due to headaches from vision strain. She was very kind and thorough and took time with me to make sure I had excellent service. The office staff was wonderful and assisted me with insurance questions and selecting and measuring me for a good frame. I will absolutely be back… no doubts about that. The staff will not address my concerns, nor give me a corrected script for my vision. they are adamant that I only get what they gave me. i wear contacts and those that they threw at me and never rechecked or fitted will not work. i have tried to get this corrected and they are trying to bill me even more than I was originally overcharged. If I could give negative stars, I would.
