I wanted to share a massive “SHOUT-OUT” to Mainline Plumbing and Heating for their FABULOUS TEAM, and extraordinary work! They just installed a furnace and a heat pump and I am DELIGHTED! Val got things going with her professionalism and warmth! Brian did the prep work and was exceptionally knowledgeable. Ryan and Tessa spent the better part of 5 days completing complicated work on a very old house. They were proficient, friendly, informative, and I could not be more pleased! Thank you Mainline Team, I am SO IMPRESSED!!!
Very poor customer service. Many other more reliable businesses in town.
Elderly family member had multiple basement sewer floods during winter. The crew inspected with a scope & identified roots blocking the drain line. Insurance confirmed they would cover most of the repair costs. Mainline crew was excellent - they brought in a fantastic excavator operator & plumber and completed the project in less than 2 days. Estimates were clear, work was efficient and professional. Clear invoicing . They provided sewer line options and suggestions for the final landscaping. Thanks Val, Tristan and Mark.
Sketchy company I had $10,000 of work done for residential, paid my bill in full. However, numerous deficiencies had to be fixed by another plumbing and gas fitting company. Do not pay your bill until all work is completed and checked by yourself. Better choice is to go elsewhere. I have all emails and photos of this work, yet I am called a liar.
I had a waterline leak in the middle of a brutal -30°C cold snap, and Mainline Plumbing and Heating were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly responsive, arriving quickly and handling the job with efficiency and professionalism. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, especially considering the tough conditions.
