I would like to say that mainline has been purely professional. I had a leak outside my house. Not the best time to have that but got a hold of them and they got the city to shut off the main and they hooked up a heated hose from my neighbors. That said they would get to it early January. They were super to deal with from start to finish. The people they sent out were excellent and efficient. Receptionist is very rude and said I’m better off paying 200$ some an hour after hours. Call around people! This place is not it!

Mainline plumbing are nothing more than scam artists. I asked them to do 1 simple job of replacing a leaking pipe. They came over and "fixed" random things I never told them to fix. I paid my bill, I asked them once more to come over and fix the leaking pipe thinking it was a miscommunication, they did the same thing. They came over, invented a problem, fixed it but this time I didn't pay them and told them I wasn't paying them for a job not done. They have since sent this scam to a collections agency. My furnace has been given me grief on and off for about 4 years. During this time I called Mainline to come and take a look as yet again the heat was off but the furnace was blowing cold air. I was known as the “Red Light Blinking” lady. On one of my calls last week with Valerie, I was like “so here is the start of my winter calls” and she asked what I meant.
