We had a repair with Mainline Plumbing and once again, had a great experience. Aramis is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us three honest options to repair our AC blower. He not only repaired the motor, but listened to our other concerns about our AC and helped to further optimize it. He added a condenser to help prevent future AC clogs that we were experiencing every six months or so. The company overall does great work, the techs that come out are knowledgable and do a great job. We signed up to do a lot of upgrades using them. However, scheduling them to come out and do some of the non-permit work has been a bit difficult, and when they did come out it was for the wrong services.

Hired them to perform a drain line her cleaning through the entire house including the main stack and other drains. I also asked to perform a camera / scope before and after. The techs came out and didn’t perform the scope but did perform the main stack jet cleaning. Can’t tell if it was done right since I didn’t get a before and after view of it. Called for a new water heater, Mainline plumbing came over in about and hour, gave me a good price, and by the afternoon I had my new water heater installed. Beautiful job done by Rick.
