1/28/2026 Update When these folks performed the repair they cut the power wire feeding one of the HOA street lights. I notified them back in December when the cut line was still visible, before it was fixed and asked how they wanted to proceed. I included the HOA contact info for them to work with. In January we received a $2000+ bill for the electrical repair that was completed in the mean time. Since then it seems I keep getting a runaround from this company to take responsibility. Amazing customer service! A rep came within 24 hours for a quote to replace our water conditioning system and within 2 business days the work was completed. Special thank you to the techs Ozeik and Josh for the outstanding craftsmanship and professionalism.

Anthony from Mainline Plumbing was amazing. He showed up at the time of the appointment, was very knowledgeable and curious. Helped us fix an issue that could have turned into a major problem. We will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing needs!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. Unfortunately, every interaction I've had has felt unprofessional. I scheduled two separate appointment dates and took time off work for both, yet no one showed up on either occasion. I also did not receive any phone call, text, or notification explaining the missed appointments. Mainline replaced all of the cast iron pipe under or townhomes. The workers were very professional and they cleaned up the massive mess that came along with the project well beyond our HOA’s expectation. We had one issue after the project was complete and Andrew had them out the next day fix the issue. Highly recommend
