I called Mainline at 8am yesterday. I live an hour away from them. I believe many businesses would have simply said “sorry we don’t service your area”. But they came out that same morning and worked all day to fix my plumbing issues. The work was completed perfectly. He was clean, professional and honest about what was needed to be done. I highly recommend Mainline

I cannot say enough good things about this company!!! Let me start from the beginning. My husband called and spoke with Nick on a Friday told him that we had a leak somewhere and what was going on. Nick asked if we wanted him to come right then or wait until Monday. He told Nick Monday would be fine. Monday has arrived he or one of his workers/ Robert was supposed to arrive around 12. Nick McCowan is great at what he does. My 92 year old dad's hot water heater went out on 12/10 and I called Nick around 8:00 a.m. to see if he could work dad in to replace his water heater. He had other commitments and said he would get it done by the end of his day. He stopped and picked up a water heater for us, brought it and installed it and hauled away the old one.
