Wasted 3 days waiting around for the plumber to arrive, each day ringing up trying to work out why he never arrived and why I hadn't heard anything, reception constantly rescheduling. It should be illegal to waste peoples time like this.
Nick and the team are amazing! They were always on time, great price and left the space clean after working. We have used them 2 times already and have them booked in for a third job. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Hot water system went on the fritz. Rang mainline who sent a man around that afternoon. Assessment done…sure enough needed a new HWS. Mainline around next day installing a HWS and changing a couple of washers. Very happy with the quickness, professionalism and cost. Also happy to support local business. Big thumbs up
