Once my vehicle arrived at Mainline Autobody, after a collision with a deer, I was informed of the estimated timescale of the repair. Fortunately, the repair didn’t take as long as was expected. Chad, kept me informed of the progress of the repair. Great staff and communication. Fantastic customer service!
Taken truck here twice never again first time was a deer collision truck appeared good but there was parts inside engine bay that were still broken. Second time truck bumped into a low parking baricade bumper was twisted down dropped truck off to get bumper replaced and when I picked it up the bumper was still tilted not as bad but noticeable I asked why it isn't fixed they said bracket was bent I said should it not be replaced and his response was it can't cause it's welded to the frame poor quality of workmanship will take... read more
Like most dealerships very pricey great staff though. No such thing as a courtesy vehicle you have to rent. They want every nickel they can get out of the customer
