Excellent service. Timely and professional. Would highly recommend. We were on a 6 month journey and needed scheduled service. They were able to accommodate our schedule and used the filters and oil we supplied. 5 stars plus!!
This shop is very knowledgeable and professional. I traveled from Minnesota to Vancouver Island then Washington. That's when my 2008 3.0 L V6 Diesel Sprinter threw a code for a glow plug. I was very pleased to find this shop in Hoquiam. I told them I was traveling, so Brittany worked me into the schedule as soon as possible. I had Jeff replace all 6 plugs with Bosch at my request. The faulty glow plug connector was corroded and broke upon removal and Jeff installed one, no extra charge. He also noticed an O ring missing on a... read more
Don't know how they could have been better. They fixed problems I didn't know I had. Great staff from the top to bottom. From Jason who diagnosed the oil leak, to Colin who did the paperwork and the great and all knowing mechanic whose name I didn't get who fixed the issues.
