Terrible customer service!! Called because we needed a part and they said they couldn't help us. When we asked for suggestions of another place to look for the part they said " I don't know look it up on the internet and I don't know what to tell you" I would never go back there again for anything, rude customer service!!
My wife and I purchased a Harman pellet stove from Mainline Heating & Supply. What we experienced since has been Mainline's commitment to education how to work the stove, clean the stove, an open door to answer any questions we might have about the operation of the stove.
