I can't review the doctors since I haven't been seen, but the service is subpar. I've called a few times to schedule an appointment and it took a 3rd message for someone to finally call me back. She seemed annoyed and it felt like I was an inconvenience to her. The only reason I gave 2 stars is I did get a very pleasant message from trying to make an online appointment. I will not be making an appointment with a doctor due to the receptionist.
Billing department perfers to send bills directly to collections instead of the actual patient first.
Quite possibly the rudest receptionist I have encountered at a doctor's office. I left multiple messages inquiring about a prescription refill and finally received a call back after the third message... I honestly wish they hadn't called me back - the lady I spoke with was not only demeaning but attacking in nature on the phone. I will not be returning to this doctor.
