If I could give 0 stars I would. Mainline incorrectly bedded my ridge capping tiles during construction, allowing water ingress during rain that has caused extensive roof damage. I have been trying to get them to resolve this under builders' warranty for FIVE YEARS. Shoddy builders who refuse to take accountability for their crap product.
Very happy with Mainline and the home. Great quality. Outstanding people to deal with, very genuine. I would recommend to family and friends to buy in their developments.
The original process of building was actually quite painless and the team were very patient with us and our many, many questions. Have had a lot of frustration with warranty stuff, however. We've been living in our house for over a year and still are waiting for all of the original defects to be addressed (mostly painting issues). Anytime we reach out to the team for an idea on timeframes we are waiting weeks for a response (if we get one at all) and the tradies that they get in to do specific work have on multiple occasions... read more
