Unfortunately the lowest rating I can give is 1 but, this dealership deserves a 0 in customer service and customer satisfaction. When they provided a service that causes you to be stranded on the side of the highway with no engine oil in your vehicle with 2 children under the age of 3 for well over an hour in -temps. Once all the oil blew out of the engine, they're fix was to add oil and call it good, their diagnostic abilities and willingness to make things right is absolutely embarrassing. Bought a 2024 ram Rebel. Great experience. Traded my old one. Got a fair price and the whole thing was easy. Super happy with service and they bent over backwards to find what I wanted. Will buy from them again. Wes is who helped me out every step. Very appreciated.
Wes and the team at mainline were the best they got me into a 2024 ram rebel 1500. They are the place to buy from. They treat you like family.
Had a recent service appointment for my truck. Worst experience of my life. Given a loaner pretty much empty of fuel plus there was no heat. Brought it back. Got the vibe though that I should've toughed it out. Sorry but f that, it's February winter in Saskatchewan. Given a different loaner, again hardly any fuel. I ended up getting my truck back, no service work done. Also out money I put in the first loaner for fuel. I put alot of miles on my vehicle for work.
