These guys are real pros. Over the years, I have, unfortunately, had my cars into many body shops. I have never had such a great experience as I had with Mainline. Their communication was amazing with regular text updates about where my car was in the repair process. Even though it was not bad, this made the wait palatable. Car repairs were outstanding. Excellent workmanship After being rear ended, thought my truck would never be the same again. Mainline's staff was very knowlegable and caring. Took the time to explain what they were going to do, and they worked really hard with my insurance (other guy of course was uninsured). Got my truck back and it was excellent!
Hassle-free This is the body shop that I took my car to after a major accident. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me deal with both my insurance and the other party's insurance. They were careful to keep me "in the loop" about what was going on. They did a good job with the repair of my car and it looked good as new when they were done with it.
