The hoa office is actually a joke, they only open one day a week and want to know everything financially and they are not the owners of the property that we will rent. They charge for paperwork but do not cash checks promptly. This is one of the worst hoa in south Florida. Im glad we decided to move elsewhere. Beware before renting here.
