Visited the clubhouse due to the Tamarac District meeting in mid-May 2024. Seems like a respectable, quiet community. There is a long countertop space inside the clubhouse so you can place various food items on top. The clubhouse is great for meetings and other events. Plenty of parking adjacent or near the building.
Nice heated pool surrounded by protected owls nesting sites
Have been loving my community since 1997. Much kudos to the pool guy, who as I walk in the mornings, really does a great job at keeping our pools and surroundings clean.
