After calling multiple companies for raccoon latrine removal and sanitation, I decided to go with Shah from Mainland Wildlife Control. Shah was very professional from initial quote to inspection to removal. His price was very fair, and everything was clearly explained. I am very happy with his service today and would recommend him to anyone dealing with this issue.
