I had such a wonderful experience at Mainland Sleep Diagnostics. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Rav S. Johal was absolutely amazing, so kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt at ease during the entire process. His professionalism and warmth made such a difference. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs sleep diagnostics, you’ll be in the best hands here!
My experience being served by Rav Johal since 2020 has been excellent. Rav listens well and has always addressed my questions clearly and directly. His knowledge of his craft is significant. Frankly, his practical counsel has been better that several specialists I have seen. I have come to appreciate his guidance, courtesy and professionalism.
Called and asked for a cpap power cord. Person on the other line said they have it, she even said how much is it. Drive one hour to come to this location right away. End up they don’t have it. Person on the other line don’t understand power cord.
Excellent friendly staff and service . Always accommodating with appointments. Knowledgeable and helpfull with picking right machines and masks . Very patient with me at first. I was not happy with having to use a cpap machine . Rav was extremely patient with me and went way beyond, in my opinion , to see me happy . But i got used the idea and i am thankful for his patience. Highly recommend rav znd mainland sleep to anyone .
