Good service! Came in to have the brakes looked at, and there were other things they suggested that they could do in house. Window cracks, scuff marks, all suggested to be taken care of in house. Biggest thing though, it was up to me. They didn't force it on me, they didn't keep pushing to have me spend more to fix it, they just mentioned that it's a service they offer and to even just give me an estimate if I was unsure. Really nice service.
I recently brought my truck to Mainland Ford Surrey for its first service, and I had an excellent experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the inspection and their recommendations without any pressure. Everything was completed on time, and the communication throughout the visit was excellent. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well looked after. I’ll definitely be back for future service. Thanks to the entire team!
