Called about an igniter for my Samsung oven and they were helpful, knowledgeable and even had it in stock. I have also bought numerous appliances from them over the years and have always had a great experience. Good service and knowledgeable people.

I recently purchased a new stand up freezer from this business and it worked well for 10 days and it started malfunctioning. When I contacted them they passed me on to the manufacturer who also took no responsibility for this failing unit. Back and forth with Maineros and the manufacturer for 3days before they offered to replace the unit or for $200-300 more I could have another one that was in-stock.
