Great phone manner and friendly helpful staff.
No internal communication between customer service and the warehouse workers. We are told one thing by admin & doesn’t seem like the warehouse wants to follow through and do the work. Don’t expect your items to get to you in an efficient timeframe - even if you paid extra for it.
